The perfect solution for heating laminate, engineered wood & some hardwood floors.

Our carbon heating film is ideally suited for installation directly beneath wood or laminate floors. At less than half a millimetre thick, it has a negligible effect on floor height. The film is laid over our exceptional 6mm Depron floor insulation (which replaces the standard flooring underlay) to give a minimal effect on your floor height - less than 6.5mm! This makes it ideal for use in new buildings & renovations or refurbishments where floor height can be vitally important!

ParkétVarme Carbon Heating Film is installed directly under the wood/laminat floors. Direct contact  to the floor cover gives a fast acting floor heating system.

Installation of ParketVarme Heating Film

ParkétVarme is obtained in 2 widths:  500 mm (PV500) and 1000 mm (PV1000), both with output in 80 watt pr m2. Such widths make it easier and fater to install.

Easy way to warm floor:
Lay out underlays on the existent  concrete or wood floor. If there is no insulation put 2 layers of underlays.

 

 

Put heating  film on the underlays.
Make a groove along the wall to leave the place for connection cables so that floor surface remains plain.    

Stretch connection cables ( cold cables) to the connection box.
Install thermostat and connect it to the connection box and to the voltage.
 

When the heating film is placed properly and the cables are connected to the connection box the floor cover can be laid.
